We all learn through stories, and it can be very therapeutic to read stories from other people who have either been through what you are going through, or are going through the same thing right now.

It is especially useful and encouraging if you follow a method which has worked for somebody who has a similar boy and lifestyle to yours. If they can do it, then so can you! You may find it interesting to read how celebrities have done it too, and they don’t always use a personal trainer.
